SMS text messages:
This feature enables you to send SMS messages to patients.
Settings entry:
From Control Panel > Text Messages
Seeing the data of this tab needs permission from the administrator, you get it from: Administrative Tools > Users > Specified username > Permissions
You can send text messages from one of the servers, either the Dentiary server, where you can purchase a number of text messages after communicating with the developer. This service is available in the following countries:
|
||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
|
Letters will arrive with the name DENTIARY
To use the service, you must enter a password for text messages, which is different from the server password.
The password is sent to your email when you register the program the first time you use it.
To resend the password, click on the key icon, the password will be sent to the email you entered when registering.
The account here is for the entire system and not for a single user.
Click on "Check Account Status and Balance" A message will appear showing the account status (active, inactive) and the number of text messages left in your balance.
Every time a text message is sent through your account, an email will be sent to you telling you the number it was sent to.
Within the email sent, there is a link to deactivate the account. If you were not the one who sent the message, deactivate your account immediately and contact the developer.
Or you can create your own Bulk-sms account and use it to send text messages.
Enter your account username and password in the space provided.
Country Code: The country code where you are located. Type the country code without the 00 or +, for example 963
Numbers Begins With: The numbers that cell numbers in your country begin with.
The previous data is used to correct the phone number format and create the final number. When sending, the numbers must be entered in the format 9639123456789
without 00 or +
Usually the numbers are written in the patient's file in the format 09123456789
The program automatically deletes the zero from the beginning of the number (if it exists), or adds the prefix 09 if it does not exist, or deletes 00 and + if it exists, thus forming the correct format for the data to be sent to the network operator.
Message templates:
You can create and save ready-made message format templates and call up the template at any time instead of writing the entire message every time.
Each template has a title and text.
Click the icon to edit the title or text.
You can add a new template or delete an existing template from the options below.
Automated text messages:
By default, the program will suggest sending a text message after doing:
• Admitting a new patient
• Add a new visit
• Add a new visit and set a later date
• Pay a sum of money
• You can also specify a default template for appointment reminders
To prevent the message sending window from appearing after these actions, uncheck the "Enable automatic messages" side.
When activating the “Activate automatic messages” option, a sending window will appear after each of the previous events. You must click on “Send now” to send the message. If you want the message to be sent immediately, remove the activation from the “Confirm before sending” option.
You can import a template by
clicking on the icon

Notes:
These symbols appear in the body of the template, and are automatically replaced by their values when the message is sent.
What is related to the patient ID (name, mobile number, address ...) according to the entries in the patient ID window in the fields with their default names, changing the addresses of the fields does not change their reality.
Regarding the visit (visit date, payment value, next appointment) you can use it only when sending a message from the visit window, because it requires knowing the visit number, you cannot use it when sending a reminder message from the patient file window, or a reminder message from the “Diary” window
Patient weight and patient height are entries designed for prescriptions to calculate dosage
You can perform a simple arithmetic using %calculate%() which will be explained in the prescriptions.
You can see the icons by clicking on the three dots in the note edit window:
Here are examples of using these symbols: Create a template and type in the text:
Mr. %PATIENTCOMPLETENAME%
Thank you for visiting the clinic on %VISITDATE%
You have paid %VISITPAY%
So the total of the payments is %PAYMENT% out of %TOTALDEAL%
%REST% remains.
Your next appointment is after %VISITNEXTAPPOINTMENTDAYS% days
dated %VISITNXTAPPOINTMENTDAYNAME% %VISITNXTAPPOINTMENT%
Welcome
Result when sending the message:

Confirm before send:
When this item is deselected, the message will be sent immediately after each action without the confirmation window appearing.
The program deals with the days with abbreviations Sat, Sun, Mon, Tue, Wed, Thu, Fri in English
When sending messages that include a date, you can specify the words corresponding to the days, for example using the local language.
In the event that a value is not entered, the mentioned abbreviations will be dealt with.
Click Save to save the new settings.
