Report:

Click to bring up the window, or press the R key on your keyboard .

By default it will generate a report for the current month, from the first day of the current month until the current day

To change the date, click the start date or end date at the bottom of the window :

Click to update information

Click to save the report text on the screen to a text file (.txt)

Contents of the report:

The report begins by writing the start and end date

Summary of the report:

o Total number of visits: the number of all visits in the specified period.

o Total number of appointments: the number of all appointments in the specified period.

o Total income: the entire income of the clinic during the specified period.

o Total Payments: Payments recorded in the "Payments" window.

o Total paid to laboratories.

o Full payments (total payments + total informant payments)

o Net income (income minus all payments)

o The total number of procedures sent to laboratories

o The total number of procedures received from the laboratories

Then the details begin:

• today's date

• Number of visits that day

• Amount collected

• Number of appointments on that day

• Amount paid

• The number of procedures sent to the informant

• Number of procedures received from the informant

• Paid to the informant
