Patient ID:

On the top line you will find the patient's order in the list

You find the patient identification number , which is a unique number that does not repeat for each patient. The number is specific to each patient and is not given to another patient even if the patient’s information has been deleted. It is used to distinguish patients’ files even if the personal information has been changed (correcting the name after a while, for example)

In the patient information window and other windows, the full name of the patient will be displayed, which is the combination of the first name with the second name.

Next to the mobile number and the phone number, you can write a note about the number, for example this is the mother's number.

When the symbol appears next to one of the fields, it means that another patient registered in the database has the same information. The full name, other name, mobile number, phone number, email are checked.

The appearance of the symbol means that there is no similarity

When you click on the icon , a window will appear containing the names of patients whose data the similarity was discovered.

The symbol means that the value of this field will appear in the patient information window.

When you click on it, it turns into a symbol , which means that the value of this field will not appear in the patient’s file window or the rest of the windows (usually the full name of the patient appears and under it the nickname, if you cancel the appearance of the other name, it will not appear in any window to the patient’s personal information window)

In the date of birth field, you can enter the age and the program will calculate the year of birth.

When you click on the icon , the note editing window appears, you can write a larger number of words more clearly.

The left section of the window contains the patient's image. In the event that no picture is specified, the program will select a stereotyped picture according to the gender and age of the patient.

You can change the field titles (except for date of birth), click on the field title and enter the new name. The field titles are highlighted in red in the following image:

In the upper corner of the window you will find the icon , when you click on it a menu will appear:

The first option will return the field titles to their default value (press save to save the new values)

Export as VCF file:

You can save patient data as VCF file thus you can transfer data to mobile phone easily.

Export all patient data as a VCF file:

A single VCF file is created that includes all patient data including the current patient.

Generate QR code:

A QR code will be generated and displayed on the screen, so you can transfer the data to the mobile phone via the camera.

More information:

A window will appear with information about the program and the user who created the ID.

When modification lock is selected, only the user who created the ID can modify the ID data.

You can only choose to lock the edit if you are the user who created the file.

change photo:

Click on the patient's picture.

The patient picture window will appear:

You can choose the image from an existing file: click and choose the desired file.

Or choose an image from the list

When selecting an image from a file, the file is copied to the database. Deleting the original file or changing its location will not affect the patient's image.
