Warning level:

The warning symbol that appears to the doctor next to the name of the disease

related to:

Disease category, particularly useful in determining the contraindications of drugs, for example if the drug is not given to patients with kidneys, regardless of the name of the disease (renal inflammation, kidney failure, nephrectomy, kidney transplant...)

Mini note:

It appears next to the name of the medicine and is short and from one line

note:

It appears under the drug name and can consist of more than one line           

Prescribed medications:

List of medicines that the patient is taking

To edit the medication list:

Click to  add a new drug to the list.

The Prescribed Medicines window will appear

Choose the name of the drug that the patient is taking from the list, write a note about the drug such as the dosage or duration of use.

If the required drug is not from the list, click on the icon , a list of registered drugs will appear,

Click the icon  to add a new drug name.

Click Save.

To modify the list of disease names:

Click on the icon . A list of diseases names window will appear:

To edit the details of a disease, double click on the disease name in the list, the “Modify disease information” window will appear.

To add a new disease click the icon

To delete a disease, select the disease name from the list, then click the icon

To modify the list of disease categories, click the icon in the previous window.

The Disease Categories window will appear:

To add a new category, click the icon

To delete a category, select the category name from the list, then tap the icon
