Mailbox:
By default, when the window opens, new messages will appear.
The server is contacted every specified period of time to check for new messages. If there are new messages, they will be displayed in the "New Messages" list.
The date of the last connection with the server will be displayed at the bottom of the window.
At the top is the current mailing address.
By default, the Inbox section displays all messages. Unread messages are marked with a blue circle next to them.
For each message, the sender's name appears in the first line, and in the second line, the subject and the patient's name appear.
On the opposite side, there is the date of the message according to the mail settings when the message was received. If there are attached files, a clip icon appears.
In the side section four symbols appear,
- at the top to change the mail settings.
- Inbox.
- recycle bin.
- archives.
Mail settings:
Mail address: The current address used for this user.
Private code: This code is a text of your choice; you can enter it in the "Mail Sender" field on the website.
By entering this code, the attachment that was sent will be added directly to the patient's file shown on the screen.
Time zone: Enter the time zone of your country, the date of the message will be modified to your time zone.
Show new message notification on main window: Deactivate this option No notification appears on the main screen when a new message is received.
Issuing an audible alert when there is new mail: Activating this option, a sound alert will be issued for each new message.
Auto-download mail attachments: By activating this option, the files attached to the message will be downloaded. If downloading attachments causes network slowdowns or costs you money, disable this option. You can manually upload attachments at any time.
Change of mail address:
Click on the mail address, a new window will appear, type the new address and click save.
mail address name terms:
The mail address is allowed to contain English letters and other languages are not allowed.
There is no difference between lowercase and uppercase letters.
The maximum number of characters allowed is 20 characters.
It can contain numbers.
It can contain symbols (.), (_), and (-)
Parentheses are not allowed.
Other characters such as @ are not allowed.
