Diaries:

Includes all appointments and visits made on a specific day, with information on each visit:

The patient's full name, the patient's nick name, the patient's picture, the procedure that took place in that session, the amount paid, a code if the patient's first visit was on that day, a code if the patient came to his appointment, a code if the patient was late, a code if the patient had He came before his due date.

 

This window can be accessed by clicking on the date or time in full screen mode .

At the top of the screen, it shows the number of cards displayed, the total amount paid for that day.

From the right section, you can choose the date from which to display the data.

To change the month, click on the month name or the day number to display a date window.

 

In the lower section you will find the options:

You can view visits only on the selected day.

Or appointments that were set on that day.

 

Show only active appointments: If the patient visits the clinic before his original appointment, the appointment will be considered canceled (inactive), the appointment will still appear in the list but in yellow.

Details of appointments and visits :

Show each patient:

        Icon for the patient's condition.

Click on the patient's card to open their file .

Background color semantics :

The color   for visit.

The color for appointment.

The color It means that the patient's appointment is today but he visited at another time.

The color It means the patient's appointment is today but he never came .

Symbols meanings:

    It means that the patient's first visit was on this day.

  It means that today is the patient's scheduled appointment.

  Means that the patient is two days late for his appointment (the number next to the symbol expresses the number of days the patient is late)

  It means that the patient came six days early (the number next to the symbol expresses the number of days the patient came late)

Return
