Databases:

By default, when you install the program, a default database will be created with the name "DB0" without a password.

The name of the database that is currently loaded appears on the main interface of the program.

 

 

Load another database:

From the main window, click on the database name, the following window will appear:

 

Choose the name of the database from the drop-down list, type the password if it exists, click "Load"

If the selected database is the default database for the current user, there is no need to type in the password even if it is present.

 

 

Adding and deleting databases:

In the control panel there are four options related to databases:

• Databases

• Import databases

• Export databases

• Recovery

 

Choose the databases:

The window will appear:

 

To add a new database, click on . A new database will be created immediately, its name will be "Database 1" or "Database 2"...

Edit the name and password.

Adding a new database does not give users permission to access it, each user must manually grant permission,

 

Modify the database name and password:

From the same window:

Click on the name of the database or click on the password, a window for modifying information will appear:

 

 

Type the new name for the database, type the new password, click "Save" to save the new information.

Delete a database:

Click on the icon  and a confirmation message will appear, choose "Yes"

 

 

Deleting the database means deleting all patient data registered with it, and deleting all payment data, payment destinations, message records, and informant information.

You will not be able to recover data after deleting it

 

Export Database:

This process is useful for transferring patient data between different devices.

All data is converted into a single file for easy transfer.

From the Control Panel, click:

Choose the path where you want to save the file.

Choose if you want to include attachments in the file.

Including attachments will make the database file larger, which may make it difficult to transfer between computers.

 

It will start creating the export file, this may take some time depending on the size of the data.

The export process takes place in the background, you can close the window and even close the program and the process will continue to run.

 

Import Database:

From the Control Panel, click:

Choose the database file.

Information about the database will appear.

Click "Import Now"

It will take some time to complete, you can continue working normally until completion.
